• They charge at least twice as much for their services, three times as much to "chemical cleanse" condensers. I know because I have used them. Started shopping them and realized I was getting ripped off. Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! (Ted Miller, 09/30/2009)

• Invoice # 35729: Technician named Troy totally ripped me off. Troy charged me $535.17 to wash my outside condenser unit and "top off" my coolant, AND IT DIDN'T FIX MY A/C!!! Then he wanted $400.00 more to clean the evaporator - I declined. Later I found out that other local A/C repair shops charged around $100 to wash the condenser and $30 per pound of coolant, so I was very upset! I called the Hibner office, but the female office manager was very defensive, would not lower the bill, and would not let me speak to the owners Don or James Hibner. Don't get ripped off! AVOID HIBNER HEATING & A/C LIKE THE PLAGUE! You have been warned. (jltodd, 06/15/2009)
